Moskovsky department store was opened in the 26 of January 1966.
The excellent location in the center of the city on the way from the airport brought a large clientele to the novelty store.

From the start Moskovsky department store was the state organization till 1992. Nowadays it is one of the biggest trading organization with the faultless retail concept and a favorable location in St.-Petersburg. There is a vast variety of products on more than 10 000 sq m of sales space. To add and diversify the assortment of the department store the part of the sale spaces are leased. Moskovsky department store is thematically divided in to 4 modernized halls: Men's fashion, Ladies' fashion, Kids' fashion and Serpentine which is dedicated entirely to the home decoration, souvenirs, art, wine and chocolate shop, jewelry, gifts, аccessories, perfumery and etc.

The main rule for each employee of the Moskovsky department store is "Profit first, but honesty above profit".
